Native plants to help restore our ecosystem
Edible & medicinal plants for food forests
Plants are all grown on our farm from seed or as cuttings from our own motherstock. We grow plants with our own heirloom seed when possible.
Visit us during one of the events on our Shop page, or email us for custom orders.
We would love to help you source the plants you need.
It is important for our farm to become a part of the local ecosystem. Life is an exponential system & gardens should be full of it. Healthy soil is also full of life like worms, bugs & microbes. We seek out ways to improve sustainability & use organic products when we can. Some of our practices include: companion planting, identification & preservation of existing natives, natives restoration, cover crops, using our topography to capture water, no till methods, avoid heavy soil compacting machinery mulching, composting & diversity of plants.
Firstly, balanced ecosystems reduce pest damage. When more intervention is needed we use products safe for people, pets & pollinators like Neem oil, Chamomile & soapy water.
Most of our plants are hunkered down for the winter. Checkout our online store for an updated list, including the house plants we offer. Come see us in spring. for some of the following & many more!
